Rip & Basil Day 50 10-26-2022

RIP has moved been moved to the ground for retrieving and he is doing good. He goes and gets the canvas DT bumper and doken good. He still needs work and confidence for retrieving a bird. About a month ago I had to quit using pressure of any kind for Rip as he didn't respond good to it. So he has basically learned to retrieve from positive reinforcement and encouragement only. Had will be away for a few days and I will get him back to finish his retrieving. 

BASIL has been retrieving good both bumpers and fresh birds, even one that was still alive. We have also continued with his work on the whoa barrel amd pigeon pole and he is doing great on that so we worked birds with him and he did much better holding point without taking steps.
